The Myths are always young, how ever old they seem to be, cause they carry the Truth of being human.
The Gods and Goddesses in Greece have the particularity of being as human as well as divine. They embody the "weaknesses" of being human , the hardships, the adventures and in the same time the grace and wonder of being Divine. They unify the polarity between our two natures and bring forth the challenge of forgetting and the art of remembrance.
The Myths are like spaceships in a timeless Universe that can always guide us home,
they encapsulate pearls of wisdom, encoded Universal Truths.
The esoteric meanings and symbolisms are teaching us that we are all "Enthea onta", Divine Beings and are showing us the way to reconnect with this knowing.
Knowing thyself is the beginning of all wisdom- that was written at the Temple of Apollo at Delphi.
The Greek Mythology is a timeless Mystery School that allows us to know ourselves therefore to love ourselves, to live a happy life, to feel confident and empowered through gnosis and wisdom, to understand our human nature, embrace it and overcome it.
Greek language is the most ancient language in the world spoken, it is an encoded wise language which activates the remembrance of our DNA.

I create Mythological ceremonies and Greek Mythology workshops which allows one to experience the Myths in an Embodied, Somatic, Heart, Mind, Spiritual and Community Level.
My aim is to deepen in the symbolism of ancient Greek myths and dramatize them through the experiential understanding of mythical messages.
Myth, Ceremony, Initiation is the Sacred Triangle.
My desire is for the participants to experience the myth in their own unique way, to bring to light unexplored aspects of themselves freed of criticism and other emotional pressures and finally expressing their own truth which is so liberating.

Mythological ceremonies are initiations that produce a Cathartic result, meaning clearing of all the obstacles and facades that we put out of fear to be truly seen.

Catharsis
A Catharsis is an emotional discharge through which one can achieve a state of moral or spiritual renewal, or achieve a state of liberation from anxiety and stress. Catharsis is a Greek word meaning “cleansing.” In literature, it is used for the cleansing of emotions of the characters. It can also be any other radical change that leads to emotional rejuvenation of a person.
Originally, the term was used as a metaphor in Poetics by Aristotle, to explain the impact of tragedy on the audiences of theatre.
He believed that catharsis was the ultimate end of a tragic artistic work, and that it marked its quality. He further said, in Poetics:
“Tragedy is an imitation of an action that is serious, complete, and of a certain magnitude; … through pity [eleos] and fear [phobos] effecting the proper purgation [catharsis] of these emotions” .
